      The benifits, vacation, and overtime available

      Cons

      They cuss you out, belittle you in front of coworkers and customers. Force you to operate unsafe equipment and if you refuse and/or report it to reginal management or corporate you get punished including sent home without pay and fired. Same goes for reporting harrassment, you get the punishment again for reporting it. It's worse then bullying at grade school as there's no responsibility or accountability for their actions
