Pros

Started out good with a great boss and friendly coworkers. The time i spent there before the pandemic hit was enjoyable

Cons

Company was not well optimized. years of being employee owned and then owned by private equity meant that the company rested a little to much on its laurels HR was an absolute mess Company all but collapsed during the pandemic.

Some members of management see the bigger picture and are professional.

Cons

Does not manage spend well and has had several layoffs for almost 2 years now as a result. Safety is not a priority in manufacturing facilities. Progression not well accepted. Negative culture.

The company match to 401k was nice. Paid weekly was great. The ESOP plan was great

Cons

No longer the "family oriented" workplace it used to be. Ever since the "efficiency" guys came through and cut down temporary employees by almost half and added responsibilities to those full time employees without additional pay started going downhill. All older employees were "forced into leaving" so all the experience left with them
