Pros

I was given a lot of opportunity in a short amount of time. Very good work life balance. Conservative company. Supported professional training outside the company.

Cons

Very limited growth opportunities. The salary was not competitive. Too much emphasis was placed on the ESOP. Very clique-ish.

Pros

Very solid company, with a pretty good work environment. For the most part management is pretty solid. I have not experienced any micro management at the company. Overall the upside is pretty decent, however they have to work on more technically advanced products if they wish to be succesful. Good people to work with.

Cons

Not the best salary, but decent. Somewhat difficult to achieve a higher salary under the current structure. I am referred to the compensation plan for sales reps. The biggest downside is that they only pay expenses for sales reps for a couple of years so many sales reps get experience at this company and then move on.
