Fun job dealing with parents and students.

Cons

Not enough training. Learn as you go type of job. Proper training would make everything move more efficiently. No benefits, no structure no one to take the lead.

I worked for Herff Jones for 9 years until they closed their Charlotte yearbook plant. Great place to work.

Employee Owned Education Reimbursement 4% 401K match Decent Health Coverage (They pay 80% of premium). Generous Paid Holidays

Cons

Extremely corporate and slow-moving at times. Will likely consolidate all manufacturing in Kansas City at some point in the future. If you're in Kansas city, obviously this isn't a con.

Flexibility, highly recognized company in its industries, American products, employee owned. Family friendly and great representatives through out the region.

Cons

Other posters have been accurate: independent contractors here are only "business owners" when it benefits the company. Seems to be a big disconnect between the field and corporate. Outdated technology and communication systems. Management is there to tell you what to do, not how to do it.
