Employee ownership, accountability, family orientation, great family recognition products that celebrate achievements, strong financial position, intelligent financial decision makers, sound acquisitions.

Cons

Some employees are too comfortable just getting by waiting for retirement. loss of enthusiasm. Employees who complain about management and offer nothing to improve themselves.

Pros

Great team of people from newly hired in training to management. Worked for this company for 20 years and never regretted this commitment. Employees make quality product and always seemed proud of company achievements. ESOP was unbeatable and gave me, just a typical hard working individual, a wonderful retirement. There isn't enough money that could make me go back and change the wonderful experience I had with this company and fellow employees.

Cons

Wish that all of the products were made in the USA like they previously were.
