      Great place to work, if it wasn't for management!

      Pros

      People I worked with were like family. I loved the team effort put forth by the staff who worked directly with the residents. They are the people that know what nursing is about.

      Cons

      Management seems out of touch with their greatest asset...the people that work for the residents. Talking about company values is fine, but believing in them should come from top down too.
