Here is a list of a few generalized cons: Horrible resident care Revolving door of staff Extremely uncooperative management staff, showed zero care for their employees. Work environment is extremely toxic. Absolutely no work-life balance. I personally only had 2 or 3 days off a MONTH. I spent months asking and begging for assistance in our kitchen, never helped. They refuse to pay the DAs and kitchen staff a livable wage. They offer sign on incentive bonuses for other buildings but not ours. Horrible horrible people. There is so, so much more, but I hope this is enough to dissuade people. I created this review to accomplish 2 things; 1. Offer my thoughts about the worst job I've ever had 2. Hopefully give enough reasons for people to AVOID this place. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Lots of staff turnover with entry-level jobs makes training and retraining difficult. Sometimes felt the regional team did not understand the reality of each community.
