Pros

Great job straight out of college. Teaches you how to sell, run a branch, manage others, control branch numbers, responsibility and accountability. Great training program to teach and support you to go from a manager trainee to a manager associate to an assistant branch manager. As you learn more and take on more responsibilities you get paid more as well. Also enjoy the perks of a fortune 500 company, amazing benefits

Cons

You WILL work really hard every day and you WILL go home dead tired every night. If you are not willing to do this, don't even bother applying. The pay is not very good. Once you become a branch manager it is very very difficult to go higher because the job gets clouded in company politics and the buddy system. Dealing with the red tape of a fortune 500 company is exhausting. High turn over rate

Pros

Company car with gas and insurance included and decent benefits

Cons

everything else... bonuses are terrible if able to even hit metrics. company took away employee stock program. goals and direction changes to frequently that contradict the prior goal causing burned bridges with account that now you must repair....staffing is always an issue. management doesn't care that you have to run a branch that your revenue justifies 7 counter employees, you get to do it all yourself with one other employee, but be proud that you can make it through the day and week only to get paid for 40 hrs even though you put in 70+. Spending limits are $50...prevent you from keeping your cars properly maintained mechanically or cleaned. locations are terrible and company wont help you get maintenance/ repairs done. 3+ month of working without A/C is B/S. the company is currently downsizing and has been for the last 2 years to focus on profitability dont plan on being promoted any time soon or if you find an opportunity its 80% political so hopefully your a butt kisser.

Pros

Getting to do pretty much what I wanted was nice, sign my own accounts, my boss was super easy going. Company car and gas was great. Pay wasn't great until the day they promoted me then they raised the salary to like 42,000 a year for a BM1.

Cons

Never enough cars, always fleet issues, dealing with pissed customers because we couldn't get what they wanted. It was always about favorites and who you could bribe to get your job done. But when you mess up watch out, they fired me after being there for 2 years for not making a phone call and documenting it properly. oh and never enough employees, so get used to doing everything.
