Health Benefits, 401k, dental, vision, and discounts.

Cons

Bonus schedule and compensation inadequate. Terrible HR department. No work-life balance.

Pros

- Clear cut metrics are laid out to get promoted - Allow branch managers to run their locations freely - Company car, gas, good bonus incentives for managers depending on the branch - Good overall sales, customer service, and account management experience

Cons

- Most branches are under staffed - Newer employees see the staffing and are demotivated - Upper management does not meet with branch managers enough - Long hours - Deal with crazy customer complaints - Fleet is awful...high mileage cars everywhere

Pros

The pay and benefits are OK.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership. Management acts as if it is completely helpless when resolving inter-departmental problems. Many in the Financial Department (including senior management ) do not know what they are doing, therefore they cannot train new comers. Complete lack of honesty and communication.
