Worked with quality students regularly.

Cons

Toxic, poor leaders protected, popularity wins. Terrible and expensive benefits. No opportunity for growth. Don't speak up if you see something isn't working. Non-profit turned call center, with for profit mind set now. Employees are just a number. Productivity is monitored like you are in inmate.
