Minimal and insufficient training. The environment is cold, quiet, and reserved. Many of the employees were on edge regarding the structure of procedures and management style. The position is advertised as an opportunity to work with and guide students but the overarching goal is mainly to meet quotas. Most of the position involves cold calling prospective students versus actually meeting with students.

Poor management, unreturned emails and phone calls, and very disorganized. Managers are not educators - they are business people unqualified to run a school trying to tell teachers how to teach. One word - oxymoron expectations that would drive any teacher to quit. Other: hostile environment with a very hostile and unprofessional I.T. department at the corporate level. Other departments employ unethical individuals making it difficult to get behind the company. Multiple technology changes making it impossible to teach classes with poor equipment function, illogical reasoning that makes just being there too difficult. they do not listen to their teachers requests. Bureaucrats - not educators. Never again, makes teaching a miserable process.
