Decent pay overall, but not per hour!

Cons

Too much reliance on instructors for EVERYTHING. This includes putting the entire syllabus together (nothing is automated), grading EVERY assignment (no quizzes graded by third party software) and non-stop required announcements/overview/follow-ups with students, etc.

Some truly wonderful, talented staff who care about students.

Cons

All about money and making more. Students suffer, staff is underpaid, quality lacks, and ethics are abysmal. Leadership doesn't listen, doesn't care, and doesn't follow through. Non-profit is a joke.
