Good work environment, boss was nice and helpful. She invited new ideas for discussion to maximize our sales numbers. Colleagues were friendly, and a good work life balance. Private family owned company, with a good culture

Cons

No commission, or perks. Salary based job, can get boring at times. Need to be an individual who is not afraid of picking up the phone and making many calls.
