Pros

Herzing offers a lot of opportunities for leadership growth and advancement within the organization. Executives invest in and value their employees. Executives/management provides opportunities for those who may not have a lot of experience, but are identified as high potential employees.

Cons

Lots of re-organization and changing strategies, moving management around, and uncertainty of job duties. Executives make high salaries, but the entry level position salaries are very low, and the hours can be inconvenient.

Self direction of workflow completion, Variety of daily work, Dress code using company logo clothing, Generally positive coworker attitudes and team efforts on getting projects completed.

Cons

Not as much organization as I would like for smooth workflow processing. Not having a solid senior management positions "game face" to relay on for a solid line on which to structure company confidence, across all senior management positions
