Some good people and some interesting clients

Cons

It's all about cost. Anybody in the US who is unassigned to client work is let go quickly, figuring the company can always staff it in a lower wage country if they sell another project.

Pros

Good medical benefits and insurance. Decent office space and sometimes work from home. They have some very good talent in certain business practices.

Cons

1) Senior level management does not listen to the information coming back from the field and customers 2) Senior level management does a poor job communicating direction or formulating and communication strategy (classic Ivory Tower Syndrome) 3) Execution is poor - work direction is communicated via the latest fire drill (brush fire management) 4) Layoffs are never ending
