Pros

The people I worked with day to day were generally supportive. The role worked well when remote and allowed me to do my job properly. The company talks a lot about values, wellbeing, and inclusion, which in theory is a good thing.

Cons

There was a gap between what the company says and what actually happens when problems come up. Big changes to roles and working patterns were brought in with little warning or discussion. When concerns were raised, they were often dismissed at first and only addressed after pushing back. Processes felt defensive rather than supportive, which caused unnecessary stress.
