Great place to work for Work Life Balance but not expect more increment on appraisal cycle

overall great place to work. Good with learning technologies, client co-ordination, team work, manager behavior and support is very good in BFS department. Company growing up every year getting new milestone.

Cons

Appraisal process is very low, In every year I getting 4 & 5 star rating even getting promotion this year but salary increment is very low. Consider minimum below average I got. Require to improve appraisal process, understand employee need if he/she given 100% then company also provide satisfaction at some extent. - Even second shift client allow WFH even company forcefully reporting to office
