Pros

Wonderful work culture, especially for women, where you do not feel talked down to. Everyone has been incredibly respectful and quick to take correction if needed. A great team environment, where toxic behavior is at minimum. Of course you have a few bad apples in ever space, but for the most part it is fantastic to be a part of and learn. They give you your space and trust you to achieve the numbers they need. The trust is what motivates employees to do their best. No micromanagers from my experience, which has been a huge bonus.

Cons

Parental Leave is non existent and you get only 60% pay, which in this environment and time should not even be an option.
