Some of the personal it's highly capacitated and very profesional If you work hard, they will try to allocate you to their multiple projects

Highly focused on the Client demands even if they will wrong or timelines are too tight (Everything it's for yesterday) and this will also cause that the quality drops down, what makes harder to maintain it The base of the company are few clients, what make the company dependent on them It will take to much to get advancement even if you work hard Sometimes there is some sort of separation between employees what make it difficult to interact between your team, more if you are new in the team, it could be hard to get in
