      Pros

      Culture is greatly followed at Hexaware, technical training and knowledge transfer sessions are a great help for the freshers, fun outings.(All this if you are located in one of Hexaware main office). Had opportunity to work with really talented people but that depends on team. Lot of Onsite opportunities and few really good managers.

      Cons

      Project change & Relocation is pain even if you have strong family reason. HR's doesn't take your personal problems into account everything has to come through managers Consider long notice periods as one of the better ways of retaining the employees or else sacrifice your experience letter. Zero Work life balance.(but again depends on project).

      Pros

      If you joined in USA, you can bargain better. Comparatively better in desi consultancy. Excellent medical insurance. I have $225 a month for family of 3 and $10 copay, zero deductible in network. 15 leave a year.

      Cons

      almost no 401k (match 0.6 - almost nothing no employer care. you are as good as you earning.
