      Pros

      Senior Management seems to be energetic focussed, pro-active and having a vision for the growth of the company Support Services are excellent Pay is as per industry standards In all, a good company to work with but if you are a high aspirer, stay away from any junior positions where you cannot make a change to the archaic processes or the people.

      Cons

      The project managers needs serious training in project managent and a paradigm shift in managing projects. All they believe is favoritism and cultivation of personal bonds. Junior and middle management lacks strategic outlook for company's growth All they seem to care about is sucking clients of their money. Associates are very good at what they do but without proper direction from the project managers, they get lost very quickly.

      The interview is fairly quick, only one round of phone interview

      Cons

      Very bad management of its contractors. They sent people on-site to monitor the actual projects but in fact achieves nothing but wastes the contractor's time with the unnecessary meet-ups.
