1. Completely company centric, can turn out to be a nightmare for employees 2. Chennai management is very unsupportive, will not negotiate on notice period. They ignore you if you try to negotiate, very unprofessional. 3. Toxic work environment with unreasonable deadlines 4. Unstable projects, contracts may end abruptly 5. Risk of being forced into a legacy project not matching skillset
