High pressure and limited projects lead to job insecurity

They dont have much project. In some projects they expect you to work for 12 hours and always will be in pressure of delvering to client . they will force you to work over weekend for whole team and if incase you oppose they will silently throw you out of the project.

Cons

They dont have many project and have 60 days for bench policy and will immediatly force you for resignation with 90 days basic salary. they dont have many projects (In 60 days i got only 1 project call which i was not selected).
