Business Outlook
Pros
Relatively small company. Training used to be very good, though only for 3 weeks, after which you're shoved into work. Joined as a fresher, learnt a lot. Fortunate to have very competent, helpful colleagues. Management was above par, atleast in those days.
Cons
Joined as a fresher for a measly stipend, about 1/3rd of what freshers got in Infy. Made to work very hard for that, sometimes whole nights. Not particularly concerned about ethics. Seen the quality of people declining steadily.
