      Pros

      Good flexible work environment, friendly colleagues, good pay. The top 20 Indian software companies. A good starter company and lot of experienced people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Work and life balance is still not at par with other similar companies. need to work long hours. They are taking away employee benefits that was there before. HR is very slow in response.
