      Pros

      Easy to get a job intent offer here but survival is tough as they don't have projects.

      Cons

      Improper resource utilization. I have recruited for a position but they lost that position to its competitor. They are not able to fit me even though I'm ready to do any kind of work. I got fired in less than 30 days for mentioning silly reasons.

      No pros......I mean seriously no pros.

      Cons

      Nobody is there to listen to your problems. Mental harassment by HRBP when you come on bench where the force you to take any project or simply ask you to resign. They don't care about your health issues. No location preferences because they dont have any project in any location. No domain preferences and most of the freshers where forced to take IMS. Please...I would suggest that join a startup where you get your work your own interest but never Hexaware where they will suck your career by giving you a domain you never want for your future.
