Good onsite opportunity if you are lucky. Variety of projects all around the world. Extra curriculum activities are something company is putting good effort on

Cons

Management is not approachable. Increments are very less within the company. Not very good for career growth

Pros

Visibility is high, if you are a performer life's very easy. Good on-site opportunities. Work life balance depends on the project.

Cons

HR doesn't know the designation hierarchy. You may be offered a level below the standard grade. Too much of politics, poor performers get good ratings, those who work a lot go unnoticed.

Pros

Interview process is usual 1st round - Technical Round 2nd round - Project Manager Round 3rd round - client round (internally hexaware employees only taking this round of interview)

Cons

1) There is no Development Projects very few support projects only 2) Project Managers are very worst in handling team (People management) 3) HR process is very worst 4) For each and every grade they conducting communication test and lay off people who are not doing good. 5) Few weeks back around 40-50 peoples where layed off from freshers due to above reason 6) No Projects but still walk-in is going on. 7) Recruit new employees and hold them for three months. If they can't able to map in to projects forcibly terminate them with get letter from them. 8) Approx 30-50 people is getting layed off every week.
