      Mid-tier company compared to other IT services biggies, Can get noticed easily. Better work-life balance compared to typical Indian IT services companies - Most of the employees leave by 5:30 pm

      Cons

      Lot of ignorant people in the organization, especially in the HR. No consideration given to employees' welfare. Switch off ac at 5:30 pm and expect employees to work with out even providing a pedestal fan
