      Pros

      Good mix of experienced people, and young blood. Well managed. Strong delivery capability. The company is very strong on PeopleSoft Technologies and Business Intelligence. Very good on testing. The Asset Management vertical and Travel Tourism Hospitality verticals are particularly robust

      Cons

      Too cost conscious. Wants to be innovative. But does not want to take costs of innovation, unwilling to invest in bench costs and COE. Weak sales team.
