The Company which may be recognized for the brand name. Transport and cafeteria are good. Please see below cons for more details.

Cons

1. Managers are the real superstars in hexaware, unskilled people and people joined in late 2004 as freshers are managers now. Very few managers are exceptional. 2. There is not much role difference between team members and team leads, everybody will do the same work. Team members who are lucky enough to be favourites to their Managers can enjoy benefits like onsite, promotions. Managers are not concerned that this will create disparity within the team.

Worked for Caliber Point (BPO of Hexaware) Excellent business exposure as a fresher Relative freedom to implement new ideas Good onsite opportunities Great peers and healthy competition

Cons

Favouratism is quite rampant. Some people get prefential treatment even though they are good for nothing. Very unclear strategic focus. Atleast the earlier management had a vision but the current one is like a headless chicken.

They have interesting projects to work on.Best enviornment,Respect, work Oppurtunities,Employee moral,salary benefits,infrastructure,taleneted Seniors,pantry,work life balance,culture sophisticated winning team,free from the usual big-company politics and bureaucracies.

Cons

Casual clothes should be there,more leaves,long working hours,too much competition.
