Caliber Point treats everyone with equal Respect and Pride. It organises a lot of events thus balancing work and recreation. It also considers employees health and has well equipped and hygiene routine such as a well developed gym and an excellent Canteen

Cons

Couldn't Retention of an extremely talented and multitasking employee.
