      You can love your job; But not your company

      Pros

      It is a good company. It has more employees who all are completed more than 5 years.

      Cons

      Salary, Promotions and onsite opportunities. More members are stayed more than 6 years with good skill sets. But they are getting less salaray than new comers who have less years of experience. It is not encouraging existing long term employees.

      1. Good opportunities to learn technically well when you are a fresher 2. Abundant onsites 3. Easily approachable managers 4. Good visiblity in terms of professional growth.

      Cons

      1. Salary hikes way poor 2. Very very tough to gain domain expertise 3. Promotions are not done transparently 4. Very few big clients.

      Growth in Hexaware

      Pros

      Hexaware is a very good organization to be with if you want a perfectly balanced work/personal life. They are very flexible, and do their best to support the employees.

      Cons

      Salary not at par with Market. Sent off most of the lower level employees, on sabbatical leave during 2009 recession, which would've been handled in a different way, effectively. Poor appraisal system
