      Very good for freshers from training prespective . Lot of things to learn. Encouragement to keep learning. Able to maintain work life balance. Better promotion cycles for top performers. Awards and recognition.

      Cons

      Working timings for some of the project (really depends on personal preference) Not good in terms of compensation for people who joined as a fresher. slow increments.
