Pros
I joined the company in March 2025 with the understanding that the project I was hired for would last more than three years. However, the project ended within just 10 months, which was unexpected and disappointing.
After the project ended, I was placed on the bench for around 60 days. During this time, there was no meaningful support from management, no internal calls, and no interview opportunities arranged to help secure another project. It was very difficult to find a new project internally, and there was very little communication or guidance provided.
At the end of the 60-day bench period, HR contacted me and asked me to resign, rather than offering alternative opportunities or support. This experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
