      Only Employees support each other. Sounds good in the beginning .

      Cons

      Poor and dishonest management , lot of favourism especially with Indian employees Poor and dishonoust management. Mostly favouring Indian employees.

      Corporate environment is good and supportive

      Cons

      Takes a while to on-board and as such may take up to two or three pay cycles to on-board if you are a native born American as it took me about a week to convince management that all you needed to do e-verify was a birth certificate and a drivers license. Had to liquidate some stock before the price went up to pay rent. They also gave me only four days to move and I had to screw over a former employer, have always felt bad as I had a good relationship with my former Employer.
