Pros

Lunch is provided every day

Cons

- Employees are expected to always be working, with little regard for personal time. The company does not prioritize employee well-being. - Little appreciation for hard work, employees are not treated with respect. - Unethical management: Goes back on their word and fails to deliver on promises If you do decide to join, make sure everything is documented in writing in a legal document. Informal agreements are disregarded. Ensure that you read everything thoroughly being signing any documents.

Pros

+ 10x product value proposition with customers adopting worldwide + Crush of inbound demand unlike anything I have seen + Kind, thoughtful CEO who moves fast and has a crazy big vision + AI and engineering brainiacs who build and ship product fast + A+ co-workers who are kind, humble, hard-working, and have a great sense of humor + Sales team is landing great brands and Fortune 500 customers regularly + Great office vibe. Typically together 4x/week and WFH 1x/week with flexibility. + Profitable

Cons

Growing pains associated with scaling up to serve customer demand. - internal go-to-market systems, analytics, data are a WIP - we're at capacity in our offices in LA, Palo Alto, and San Francisco so need to move to bigger offices - many functions including design, marketing, CS, ops are new and aren't built out - currently serving large European and JAPAC demand from California which makes time zone coverage tough
