      I seriously can't think of anything to put here

      Heygen is a perfect example of a company that circling the drain. Literally going down the toilet in every aspect. * Employees are not at all valued here * They are overworked and underpaid * No meaningful product roadmap * Lots of hot air coming from the higher ups who don't care about the well-being of their employees

      Pros

      Decent co-sharing workspace at their main office.

      Cons

      A horrible startup to work for. Expect super long hours and a 7-day work week. The company engages in unethical and potentially unlawful AI practices. Tons of complaints from customers on a regular basis which are ignored by Heygen's cofounders. The company is even rated F by the BBB. All the employees are forced to drink the company Kool Aid but this "rocketship" is about to crash land and everyone will be out of work in no time. I'm sorry to have ever joined this company. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

      - It's a bustling tech start up environment that really is on a rocket ship. It does create a good amount of work, people embrace it cause we are doing great and the team wants to keep it going - It's a super collaborative environment, no ego's, everybody is working together to solve problems and drive things forward - We have channels were all employee feedback is appreciated. It really is a one team approach were everybody has the opportunity to contribute. - We move fast, iterate and keep going - We are still early, not all processes are built, creates the opportunity to help build

      Cons

      We are hiring, but the team runs lean. You could find yourself doing work outside of your core responsibilities. Maybe that is a pro for you?
