      -Technology is best-in-class -Demand is off the charts -Perks are surprisingly really good for a small startup -Team members are brilliant and kind

      Cons

      In general, I think generative AI startups are not for the faint of heart! We move very quickly to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and as a result, the culture could be considered fairly intense.

      Really can't say anything here because there is nothing good to say about Heygen.

      Cons

      This is truly a terrible company to work at. Aside from a few decent co-workers, the management team and co-founders at the company are horrendous. The long hours and grueling work are never recognized. All of the employees are burnt out and fed up with the company's unethical AI policies. Customers are constantly complaining about problems with the platform. There's a serious lack of leadership and no clear direction. The company has lost its competitive edge and is now playing catch up with its competitors.

      Pros

      Regular staff here make great coworkers. Higher ups leave much to be desired though.

      Cons

      After a short stint at Heygen, I couldn't take it anymore and left. The company has been on a downward trajectory for a while now. The employees are burnt out and fed up with the upper management. The company sucks, the product is a mess, and clients are always angry.
