Pros

Great flexible scheduling when you need it.

Cons

They keep slacker management and get rid of staff instead. Keep the younger ones because they are cheaper. The managers you have worked with for many years do not fight for you when you get put on that "list".

Pros

It was fun back in the 2000's...great people who cared about the organizarion.

Cons

After 15+ years of loyalty, I was laid off with a phone call that lasted less than 5 minutes. I was on maternity leave with my 4th child, and less than 4 months after my husband suffered a major stroke. That's right...laid off while on protected maternity leave. No regard for over a decade of hard work, leadership and saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in wasteful costs and irresponsible recruiting.
