      Worst Place I Ever Worked

      I made some nice friends, who all ended up quitting, too.

      Cons

      The managers in KOP billing were THE WORST. One was so rotten her entire team of assistants went out on "sick leave" (at the same time!) to find new jobs. The year I left, most of the billing team that had been there for nearly 10 years also left. All great, hard-working employees who left the managers -- not the job. To this day we sometimes still talk about how awful that place was, but we laugh now!

      The only good thing to say about this company is they won't be around for much longer. All of the positive reviews on here are from management. They told us to write good reviews to get our ratings up but trust me if you're thinking about working for this company don't do it.

      Cons

      This place is hurting so bad ,they won't let clients cancel the junk product they bought. I have clients calling me 1 and 2 year's later saying they are still being charged after repeated calls and emails to cancel their account. I just spoke with a old client of mine last week about this and he is now looking into hiring a lawyer.

      There really were no pros. When I started at the company, it was run by a fantastic CEO, but he was eventually forced out.

      Cons

      This company caters only to their managers. The HR department is a joke and is again, only there for the management team. It's a shame that they have treated their employees with such disrespect, because had they showed the littlest shred of decency, they wouldn't have such a high turnover rate. Shame on you, management.
