None. Literally no pros at all.

Cons

Managers lie and overwork employees. Very high turnover rate. Bonuses are a joke. No one who works there is happy.

Pros

There's Vacation time, PTO, 401K with the opportunity to choose Roth IRA, Co-Workers are great.

Cons

Management, mostly upper management, Sitting all day, An overload of work that keeps adding up. We are required to not only spend time in a queue waiting for a call that can take from 20 minutes to 2 hours on average. Longer calls can happen. Then we are also expected to keep a book of business and constantly reach out to these clients and help them with what ever they need, which can be very time consuming. This limits time to reset one self such as just standing up or going for a brief walk. It is very stressful. If you take off or vacation, you have to do all the work you missed while you were out.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

The job is to sell websites and convince small businesses they need one. To survive and make a living you need the constantly be seeking out these businesses which is next to impossible. They either have a website already or if they don’t by this day and age you are not going to convince them. Hibu is historically a yellow page company which is done and over. I left the company 3 years ago and now make 4 times the money selling current technology.
