Pros

...Let me think........ ok...No work pressure since there is No work at all.If you are not concerned with work or improvement of your technical abilities, then this is the place for you. Just 7 hrs of mandatory starring at computer screen(whether there is work or not). 3 PM free Tea and snacks(5 rs).

Cons

...List is long.... NO work at all,in any of the projects available in India,NO technical growth.More you stay more you handicap urself. Company believes in Anarchy. It is 3-4 people who basically takes decisions which ultimately proves to be wrong. It is a company without process, there are no values that are being followed, whatever are being followed will make you feel u r back to boarding school.Micro Management are there one of the traits. They blow there own trumpet, but actually it will be a sound of hollow container.Lots of promises will be made but they have no shame for not even talking on those promises once you enter company. One of the most fluctuating and confused decision making management you will ever see.You never know when a running project will end abruptly. NO work from home (if at all work is there),NO flexibility. Skill does not matter here, they can put you anywhere whether your skill-set matches or not. ....many more...list is endless...

Pros

Having a job copywriting, video editing and doing voiceover work is extremely rare, in my experience. Doing creative work was certainly a pro.

Cons

The company has an antiquated management practices that cause employees to become depressed, take FMLA/time off, rebel and regress to childish behavior. When I was there the company was called Yell, Adworks. The managers would write employees up for minor/arbitrary things like having an opinion in meetings, attempting to improve processes, basically any behavior that was not robotic. If you streamed video, clocked in a minute late no matter what the reason (even during unpaid lunches) you would need to meet with HR and other higher up managers and discuss your behavior. You work in tiny phonebooths for 8 hours a day, no social interaction, and have to account for your production down to the minute (each hour you write your production quantity on a giant erase board for everyone to see.) If you work 2nd or 3rd shift, they never let you go to 1st shift, which means you never see daylight, cannot socialize outside of work and live your life off schedule from the entire world.
