Pros

The upside of working here doesn't really equate to the cons and I don't feel a need to elaborate on them as they are the standards of MOST if not ALL mid scale businesses.

Cons

Prejudice small minded no room for change * training is a joke since no papers are ever current and when a change happens be sure nothing will get updated on the many old systems they employ. * most management have their heads so far into the higher ups butt they can't see a diaster coming even if someone put it in a training paper * don't expect to grow in any direction. they will change the title of a position or its responsibilities so quick without compensation it'll make your heads spin * if you think these cons are bs just check any review of this company online. not only do they employees hate working there but the clients they serve have called them scammers and I see why. * they will also probably post some robotic positive review within minutes of mine to push it further down the list but read on friends. read on.

Pros

Paid holidays and that is it. Too much patronizing

Cons

If you are a black, don't even think you are going to move up. They are quick to tell you "you aren't good enough to apply at this position. But they will promote people that have been at the company only a year.

Pros

It is a good company to learn about the industry, but they do not practice what they preach. They don't follow the guidelines to be a ethical google, facebook and bing partner.

Cons

They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. There is a breakdown between what is sold and their fulfillment department. They are abusive to their customers and their sales people. They are more concern with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service.
