I had an overall good experience, but turnover is high

Pros

- Loved the account managers and the team I worked with. I learned a lot from them - Supervisor knew the job and took the time to coach, mentor and help me with complex issues - Hybrid Work Schedule

Cons

- I handled more accounts and got paid the same as other peers working for other agencies - High turnover and the best two leaders we had quit within a month of each other - Two of the older producers are challenging to work with and they are not coached on their behaviors so nothing changes

They hire people with no experience that muddle through their day getting paid for lord knows what. The experience people have to pick up the slack.
