Multiple job opportunities I've taken at HFC
Pros
I have read other reviews and honestly the bad ones I have to say sound like disgruntled employees who probably needed to take a hard look in the mirror before assuming its all the employer's wrong doings. I've been with HFC for over 7 yrs and feel very much valued in my role (s) and value my colleagues as well as management! Are there tough days, wks, and even months...yes!!! But what job doesn't have that?! As much as i enjoy it are there times I'm annoyed with policies/protocols/tasks....yes, but that happens and often comes with any job!! The bigger picture and TRUTH if you really want to know it is: it's a great place to work, gain experience, grow within the organization, have multiple opportunities for sharing your voice on different programs and how to enhance it, meet some great people, and mostly provide great clinical support for our patients for true quality treatment!!
Cons
I mentioned it above... honestly no particular cons but more so what exists at every place of employment. Only thing is...HFC seems to help work with their staff on increasing morale!
