Hardly any training. Throw you in with little training. Clicks in the office. Manager was very out of touch.

Great team members that work with passion about seafood

Cons

Senior management that work in silo's within their group. Alienate others that are not part of that senior leadership group. Not a good current working atmosphere since new leadership gained control and employee confidence seems at an all time low
