Pros

Good pay and benefits. No other Pros for this company. Since I have to put 20 words in this place, I'll say see Cons comments below. There are not enough Pros for 20 words.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. Too many people with their own agendas and silo mentality. Always willing to throw someone under the bus. Upper management way over stated profits. Run down equipment. Run run run without regard to equipment. plant infrastructure or affect on employees. Awful place to work.

Pros

well compensated with above average benefits. Four day work week was nice but goes away during busy times. Hourly labor has unlimited availability of overtime.

Cons

No recognition for extra efforts made. Expectations excede support and resources. Upper mgt not concerned about individual contributions. Company growing to fast for internal supports and systems to keep up.
