Decent pay, good benefits, fair vacation.

Cons

No job is safe, every time a new company is acquired, hundreds of people are fired. Using extremely old operating system because aging VP's don't want to learn new system & IT fears for job security. No physical inventories performed in over 2 acquisitions. Those who speak up with concerns are let go. Huge rumors regarding VP's & staff having personal relationships for promotion, bad for moral. Customer service advised to lie to customers. Aged product repacked for new orders.

Large company on a path for growth. Good benefits. New facility being constructed. Committed to sustainability. Open door policy with many experienced people.

Cons

Acquisitions have resulted in some fragmentation. Many small business practices are still employed leaving room for more efficient practices. Need for standardization.
