extremely low pay, overworked, the president dumps hundreds of millions into academics which is great but can't retain good employees because the pay is horrible.

As everyone else says, the campus is pretty. But so are most other university campuses.

Cons

Just my personal opinion: Working at HPU was the worst experience of my professional career, and leaving HPU was the best career decision I've ever made.
