Pros
This job is very low-stress (most of the time). We also were given many hours a week which resulted in a great paycheck bi-weekly. The responsibilities are to keep the patrons safe and to keep the pool at the proper levels chemically.
Cons
More recently, they have hired many many employees that are abroad through some contract. This has caused for many of the jobs to be taken from American workers who have been employed in the past. They have also over hired so that those who are employed are not getting the hours they were expecting anymore.
